Since its inception in 2015, with the foundation stone laid and the institute inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, IIM Sambalpur has rapidly grown into one of India’s most dynamic and future-oriented management institutes. Our flagship offerings including the, MBA, MBA in Business Analytics, Bachelor of Science (Data science &Artificial Intelligence and Management & Public policy) Program, Executive MBA, Ph.D. Program, Ph.D. for working professional and Dual degree Ph.D. program (Executive Ph.D and DBA) are meticulously designed to nurture adaptability, innovation, and responsible leadership. In addition, the Working Professional Program and a wide range of specialized Management Development Programs provide both emerging and experienced professionals with cutting-edge knowledge and practical skills to thrive in today’s fast-evolving business environment. Notably, IIM Sambalpur is among the first to introduce five pioneering initiatives such as the Master Weaver entrepreneurship development program, gender inclusiveness measures, AI-enabled classroom learning, Dual Degree Ph.D. and DBA programs, and a Bachelor of Science.

At the forefront of academic innovation, the institute has pioneered the use of digital classrooms, flip-class pedagogy, and AI-enabled learning approaches, ensuring a truly modern and interactive education ecosystem.
