Foundation Programme in Management (FPIM) at IIM Sambalpur is an immersive, fully residential, 2-week programme that integrates theory, practice, play, social activities, and culture. This will provide the students with first-hand knowledge of key management disciplines. The proposed content of the programme is as follows:
