About the Program
Overview

Foundation Programme in Management (FPIM) at IIM Sambalpur is a comprehensive and dynamic fully residential programme and is designed to unlock the potential and elevate the carriers of undergraduate degree pursuing students, master’s degree pursuing students and working graduate students. This programme offers an immersive learning experience tailored to develop essential skills, foster innovation, and prepare the students for leadership roles in today's dynamic business landscape. In addition to that, this programme also offers the opportunity to the potential students to explore the possibility of pursuing MBA in future and provides the glimpse of the different knowledge domains of business world.

Eligibility Criteria for FPIM

  1. Students enrolled in an undergraduate degree programme in any discipline in any year of their graduation.
    2. or
  2. Students enrolled in a master’s degree programme in any discipline in any year of their post-graduation.
    3. or
  3. Working professionals who graduated in last three years (Graduate in any discipline with upto maximum of three years work experience).
    4. AND
  4. Age Limit: Not more than 25 years.
Note: No standard test score or interview is required for admission.

  • 14 Days (2 weeks)
  • 25th May to 7th June, 2024
  • The programme will be held at IIM Sambalpur Campus

Deadline for Application and communication of results:

  • Application Start Date: Mar 15, 2024 (Friday)

  •  Early Bird Application Deadline: April 15, 2024 (Wednesday)

  •  Regular Application Deadline: May 18, 2024 (Saturday)

  •  Communication of Admission: Within 07 days of the submission of the application

All students who successfully complete the program will earn an IIM Sambalpur – Foundation Program in Management – Certificate of Participation.
