Dr. Pratibha Maan is an assistant professor in the Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management area at the Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur, Odisha. She completed her doctorate from the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai in the area of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. She further holds a UGC-NET qualification and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management and Research, New Delhi. She has published her research work in renowned journals like Benchmarking: An International Journal; Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: An International Journal; and Indian Journal of Indian Relations (IJIR).
Her research interests remain - Diversity and Inclusion, Generational Diversity, Multi-Generational Teams, Team Performance, Young generational cohorts, Workplace Communication etc. Furthermore, She is also passionate about working on themes like Women's Empowerment, and Gender at Work. Apart from her professional realms, she enjoys travelling, indulging in cultural activities, and reading books. Lastly, practising spirituality remains an important aspect of her daily life.
