Dr. Shilpi Kalwani received her PhD in Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS, Pilani). Her area of specialization is Human Resource & Organizational Behavior (HR & OB). Prior to this, she received her MBA in Management from IBS Hyderabad, and BBA in Management from University of Pune. Dr. Shipi has been associated with prestigious brands in the Industry such as Fortune 500 Company NTT Data and Maharatna Awarded Company Coal India Limited. She has also been awarded and recognized for her project on Carbon Credits at Coal India Limited. She has conducted various training and counselling programmes in Industry and Academia on Mindfulness, Wellbeing and Organizational Psychology. Dr. Shilpi has been invited as a TEDx speaker (thrice) to share her views on substantial subjects. She is associated with Jagran Media Group as a Guest Columnist. She is an YMHFA certified Mental Health Coach. Her research areas broadly include Organizational Culture, Emotions at Work, Organizational Wellbeing and Mindfulness, Workplace Behaviors and Organizational Development. She has published her research work in journals accredited by Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) such as IIM Calcutta's Decision, Journal of Business and Management, Empirical Economic Letters and others. Her research work on development of a Mindfulness Based Training Programme (MBTP) has been presented and published by the prestigious Academy of Management's (AOM) 81st Annual Conference. She has also been associated as a Reviewer and Guest Editor (special edition) for journals like Journal of Business and Management, Journal of Managerial Psychology and Arabian Journal of Business and Management.
