Dr Padmavathy Dhillon is an Electronics Engineer from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and completed her PhD in Organizational Behaviour from IIM Calcutta in 2018. She has seven years of industry and teaching experience. She has worked as a Talent Development Professional in Infosys Ltd; L&D Manager at Deloitte India, and Graduate Engineer Trainee at Alstom Projects India Ltd. Her research interests are broadly in the area of conflict management, behavioral economics, diversity and inclusion, knowledge management and human resource management practices.
