The Dual degree program allows the students to be trained by IIM Sambalpur and Sorbonne Business School (Paris). Prospective applicants who want Indian and International exposure, are given the opportunity to opt for the dual degree program. A student who completes the program is given MBA in Fintech Management by IIM Sambalpur and MBA in Financial Management by Sorbonne Business School. An Experiential Learning program that offers Entrepreneurial Training and Intrapreneurship Training along with Individual Development Plan (IDP). Integrated learning through blended classrooms and engaging lectures will enable the participants to develop strategic capabilities, by addressing the time and location constraints of the working professionals. Specialization in FinTech with emphasis on Finance and Technical subjects. Course content includes live cases, simulation, technical lecture delivery amongst others. Technical courses on Blockchain, AI, NL, Cryptography a part of the course. Lecture delivery by specialised faculty from IIM Sambalpur, NSE Academy and industry practitioners of national/international repute.

Qualifications :
Candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent percentage. While degrees in any field are accepted, backgrounds in business, economics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related disciplines are preferred.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of Post Qualification managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience as of the date of beginning of the program.Statement of Purpose (SOP) :
The candidate should submit a SOP not exceeding 2000 words and should include talk about your career path, interests, professional contributions, goals and the driving force behind pursuing MBA in Fintech Management.
No Objection Certificate/ Consent letter:
Candidates shall be required to submit a “No Objection Certificate”/ “Consent letter” for pursuing MBA from their employer. In case of self-employed, a declaration with respect to the same will be required.
SELECTION CRITERIA :
Candidates fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria as above shall be called for the PI process. The Committee in consultation with the Competent Authority will decide the number of candidates to be called for PI. Upon being shortlisted, the candidate shall appear for a personal interview in front of the Expert panel. The selection panel will assess the suitability of the candidates based on their managerial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset. Candidate will be especially assessed based on Statement of Purpose (SOP) apart from academic record, professional accomplishments, etc. Merit List will be prepared based on Personal Interview, Academic Qualification, Relevant Work Experience and Statement of Purpose (SOP). IIM Sambalpur reserves the right to modify any part of this document including the various criteria and cut offs mentioned at any time till the actual admission process for the batch is completed. Any dispute concerning Admission would be subject to jurisdiction of the competent courts within the territorial jurisdiction of city of Sambalpur only.

Application fees:
Non-refundable payment of Rs. 1000 (+GST) as application fee. To be paid at the time of application.Acceptance Amt:
A candidate receiving admission offer from IIM Sambalpur has to pay an offer acceptance amount of Rs.50,000/- within the stipulate date. If a candidate accepts the admission offer for the program, his/her offer acceptance amount will be adjusted against term I Fee. If a candidate subsequently wishes to withdraw the offer within the withdrawal date specified by the Institute, amount will be refunded after deducting Rs. 1,000/- as processing charges.
